Yes, with a few requirements to consider: Level ground is very important for the harp to be stable and in the warmer months shade is required. Renee will not put the harp directly on grass, dirt, sand, gravel, or any such surface that could damage the harp. Preferable platforms are sidewalks, patios, flat rock slabs, etc.
An alternative plan for wet weather is strongly recommended as the harp cannot get wet in any circumstances.
